Do you have a minimum number of services?
We don’t have a minimum number of services at our salon but we do have a minimum of 4 services for coming on location.

Do you offer trial runs?
Yes! Trials can be done at our salon in Uptown New Orleans or on location with a additional travel fee.

Can I schedule a trial before booking your services?
Absolutely! But your trial doesn’t reserve your date so we can’t guarantee it will remain open since we receive a high volume of inquiries. We operate on a First Come-First Serve basis.

When do you suggest I schedule my trial?
Within 6-8 weeks of your wedding is usually an ideal timeframe.

Can I change my number of estimated services?
Yes, you can change your estimated number of services up until 30 days prior to your event at which point there are no changes.

Do you work with all ethnicities, skin tones and eye shapes?
Yes, our artist are well trained to work with all different skintones and textures. However, if you have a specific concern, we can speak to you in advance to address them.
